Hair Process
Clean the raw hair
Hair collected from donors and market is usually messy and dirty, which must be washed with shampoo and conditioner. Dust and oily thing can be cleaned.
Select hair
Select gray hair or dyed hair out to make sure quality of hair for making hair replacement hair is healthy and fine.
Drawn hair into same length
Usually, hair from donor is cut off when it is braided. It contains hair in different length levels. Same long hair can be collected together by drawing process.
Bleach and dye hair
Bleach or dye hair into different color shades. Dark color can be got easily by dyeing only, but it needs bleaching process to get light color.
Perm wave/curl
Twist hair to different wide tubes to get various wave or curl patterns first, spray wave or curl product to hair and then put it into oven to get permanent wave or curl.
Weft hair for ventilation preparation
Weft hair for ventilation preparation makes hair in order from messy in ventilation step.
